BACK OR WAIST PAIN HOME REMEDY.
Some suffer due to after effect of childbirth, long stay on computers, jobs that expose us to stress.........
3 INGREDIENTS :
A Piece of ginger
2 glass of mineral water
1 tbs of organic honey (optional)
Procedure : Clear the ginger & wash it, then cut into several pieces, heat the water & when it boils, put the slices of ginger inside. Lower the heat so that the ginger is simmered for 30minuites After that time, remove the water from the fire and let it sit for a while, when u have lost some of it's heat & no longer burns, pour the liquid into a glass. Because the ginger has a very strong and intense flavour, is advisable that u add a little honey to sweeten it & soften, then drink it in small sips.
Drink 2 glasses of ginger water a day the back or waste pain will gradually disappear
