Some farming tips

*HOW TO CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF CROPS THAT FIT IN AN ACRE*  ✍
You can't run away from maths 😉

◼ *Steps*
👉 Get the Plant spacing
👉 Convert it into meters if in ft.
👉 Get the Unit Area {length*Width}
👉 Then divide the total area of an acre - 4000sqmtrs square by the unit area.
👉 The answer will give u how many plants to put in an acre of that specific crop.

◼ *EXAMPLES*👇
🍉 *Water Melon*
Spacing is 1.5m * 1.5m
Unit Area is 1.5*1.5 = 2.25m squared
Total area of an acre =4000m squared
Divide 4000/2.25
▪We get 1777 *~1700* Planting Holes.

🍈 *Passion fruit*
Spacing is 8*8ft {U can as well use 6*6ft}
Convert to meters we get 2.6m * 2.6m
Unit Area = 2.6*2.6 = 6.76m squared
Total area per acre 4000m squared
Divide 4000/6.76 = 591.7
▪Hence ~ *592* Planting Holes -seedlings

🌽 *Maize*
Spacing is 45cm * 60cm
In meters 0.45m * 0.6m
Unit Area = 0.45*0.6 = 0.27m squared
Total area 4000m scared
Divide 4000/0.27
▪We get 14815 ~ over *15000* Plant Holes

🍌 *Banana*
Spacing is 10*10ft
In meters it's 3m * 3m
Unit Area 3*3 = 9m squared
Total area 4000m squared
Divide 4000/9
▪We get *440* Planting Holes*Hence suckers

*Pumpkin*
Spacing is 10*10ft hence *440* holes

*Tomatoes* 🍅
Spacing is 2*3ft
In meters it's 0.6*1
4000/0.6
*6000* plants
