Rice recipe.

So you'll need;-1/4kg rice
                           -1/4kg fish
                           -4 red bulb onions
                           -4 garlic cloves
                           -Ginger 2 thumbs
                           -1medium size green pepper
                           -10medium hot peppers
                           -1tablespoon curry powder
                           -1teaspoon pilau masala
                           -1teaspoon chilli powder
                           -1teaspoon tumeric
                           -A pinch of orange food colour
                           -1cup vegetable cooking oil
                           -salt to taste
•wash and rinse the rice for about 20mins.
•in a pot add water,salt,pilau masala,crushed ginger 1thumb,boil and 2cloves of crushed garlic.bring to boil and add rice.
•In a bowl marinate fish in tumeric,chilli powder and salt.
•Boil till rice is tenderly cooked ,then drain it in a sieve and set aside.
•Add vegetable oil in a pan and fry the fish till light brown on both sides.
•Add the food colour to one side of the rice and fluff lightly to mix up the colour.
•put rice in a dish and cover.
•cut the onions Into rings,in a spherical manner,add to pan +1/2cup veggie oil and fry till aromatic and lightly browned.
•layer onions on rice+ its oil.
•Fry hot peppers,add crushed ginger and garlic+salt.cook for a few minutes and add spices,lower heat to cook spices evenly.
Add fish and stir well for a few minutes.Now add the fish on top of the onions and serve.
Do not mix it up just serve by scooping the rice from bottom and it will appear layered...
