Today I want to talk about personal hygiene🙊
👠 don't keep hair extensions for more than a month, they stink coz of sweat on your scalp and your friends suffer from smell and fail to tell you, husbands worse.
👠 Bath twice coz women have many skin folds and sweat smells horrible at the end of the day.
👠 Use roll on to prevent sweat after bath and use perfume on your clothes not vise vesa.
👠 Brush teeth twice a day especially after a meal with onion and garlic
Apply glycerin e on cracked heals and wear socks at home.
👠 don't Ide foundation in summer it mixes with sweat and looks horrible
👠 long nails are for occasions they are unhealthy coz they harbor a lot of bacteria which leads to diarrheas in the house as it goes into food while cooking
👠 If you are black and beautiful avoid too many grey and black clothes some times they just hide you completely
👠 Floral top and floral skirt are never worn together
👠 Bed sheets are changed once a week strictly and pillow covers please!
👠 when you use a glass or cup to drink water wash it with dish washing liquid don't just rinse it. It’s unhygienic.
👠 Big or large eyebrows look very artificial 🙊but it's up an to an individual
👠High heels bring out your hips and make you look confident 😜
👠 Best clothes are not expensive, go to salaula , wash them and match them nicely, cleanliness is the secret
👠 Never wear the same dress for 2 consecutive days if that's the case please wash it at night , sweat smells horrible
👠 Spaghetti tops make sweat smell more, cover arm pits most times
👠 Armpit hair is not kept at all, take it out as soon as it appears and of course the one at the bottom side below your waist.
