Help for nursing mother to recover from child birth trauma
Team nursing mothers.
This juice helps recover from the child birth trauma, giving me enough breast milk, energy and I see my weight dropping off day by day without me dieting not even started exercise routine ( I think I will start gym 3 months from now. I just need to rest me for now )
Carrots and tamarind juice.
I have tamarind paste pre- made in the fridge.
I just juice carrots and add 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste and drink at whatever time I feel like.
Sometimes I add the tamarind paste to hot water and honey and have it hot as tea. When you take it hot, it almost immediately stimulates your breast milk ducts, so make sure to were breast pads lest you leak milk on your clothes and smell bad.
Remember to eat a well balanced diet when breastfeeding. Your body needs all food nutrients to recover well. Do not go on a strict detox diet. Not good for you nor your baby.
Also remember that there are many cases of secondary infertility that may be caused due to infections caused after child birth. Your tubes can block just because of an infection after c-section or even normal child birth. Resist from strong herbs that irritate your uterus more. Just be gentle to your body and be patient.
