*This year our self love year,self discovery, self build,self mould*

*To those with big tummies,belly fat,beer belly*
*I would love us to take on a challenge for at least a week.*
*But before you go for a week we can do a trial for three days a week*.

*Before we go for all this*👇🏾

*I would love you to listen to your  body,get a book and note down, how you feel,your weight, current waist,what you crave eating, etc*

*Its a very simple task but needs discipline to achieve it.*

*FLAT TUMMY WATER*

*What we shall need*
✔6 cups filtered or boiked water or 1.7 litres.
✔1 teaspoon crushed/grated ginger or powder
✔1 medium cucumber sliced.
✔1 medium lemon sliced.
✔4-16 mint leaves depending on availability.


Put these in a jar with the water ,mix well and let them sit over night,can be refrigerated.

*If you're alkalizing using Himalayan salt,add your salt too and take this in the morning (two glasses when you wake up and the rest throughout the day.*

*Alternatively, if working, divide it into three,drink some in the morning before you leave for work,pack some in your bottle to work,then leave some to drink when you return from work*.

*,Don't forget to make another for the following day.*
