*To my sisters doing the castor oil therapy or packs ,could be for infertility,hormone balancing,blocked tubes fibroids,adhessions,endometriosis or cysts etc*

*The best time to do castor oil packs is on an empty stomach, 1 hour before meals or 2-3 hours after eating*
*Its best done for 45-60 minutes,you may lie down in the couch or bed while doing it and remember to drink lots of water.*

*Please remember to do it after periods till before ovulation day.*
*Don't do after ovulation as it can abort that's itvif you got peregnant*

*What's needed*
✔Castor oil
✔Hot water bottle
✔Flannel it towel or old cotton piece
✔Cling wrap.
*Castor oil and the hit water bottles available at Nature's Pharmacy.*
*How to do this.*
Dip the cotton cloth in castor oil.
Massage your tummy to allow blood circulation.
Place cotton cloth dipped in castor oil on your abdomen.
Wrap abdomen with cling wrap or any plastic( dustbin bags)
Put hot water bottle.
Cover your hot water bottle so heat doesn't escape .
Get somewhere to lie,you may watch tv,meditate,praise,talk to God,read a book etc .45-60 minutes.
After place the castor oil pack in a container,keep In fridge or any where clean,wash off with soap or soda bicarbonate, take some room temp water.
Repeat over and over again daily before ovulation and after periods.
