*To those people fond of painkillers,one day those painkillers won't help at all*
*Your body is communicating that's something isn't right,you are busy shutting it up with painkillers,listen to your bodies please,love them,some of you are soon having an eruption,the body will give up on you,its fed up,your organs are soon failing,reason you don't listen to ypur body when it communicates,you get a headache,instead of drinking water and having a rest,you shut it up with a painkiller,then an energy drink,if you run mad or get a stroke don't say your neighbours are bewitching you*
*Your joints ache,back hurts,you are feeding on diclofenac and ibrufens,instead of detoxing amd alkalising,dont come here complaining when they say your liver and kidney are sick and can't do their job right,dont tell us you are now paralysed,you have dug your own grave with two hands*
*Somebody says Everytime i apply makeup my skin reacts ,the skin is telling them the make-up is dangerous and it cant take it in but since they are so busy applying and concealing the blemishes,and you say you got haters,you are your number one hater,you hate yourself so much that you feed your body on expensive poison*
*You feed on cake and all sweet stuff,your vagina has all tribes of infection,you are busy visiting sangomas who keep inserting dirty fingers and stuff in the vagina and assuring your step mum is bewitching you and they need a cow to help, my sister take that money for the cow,buy new knickers alkalise and detox and get on a junk free diet*
*Some men here feed on meat,wines and wear Tight clothes,their sperm is so low ,they can't even erect,but they are up and down visiting local drs in the hood and paying lots of money,my brother stop,quit alcohol and smoking,alkalise ams detox,change your underwear to cotton boxers,exercise , have enough sleep get off that meat ,eat more fruits,v Veges,simsim,pumpkin,flax,sunflower,get some ginseng,maca,redclover etc teas and watch yourself erect like it's a competition.*
*Whatever you eat today,is responsible for what you will be tomorrow,dont feed on JUNK and expect to be healthy,you will be junk too*
*When you take in an antibiotic,it kills both the bad and good bacteria that's why the infections disappear and reappear after sometime,just make your body alkaline so these pathogens Cant survive in it,and you will save on the visits to the hospital*
*To the parents on here,we need a generation of disease free babies,please feed your babies right,if you embrace Healthy feeding habits be open in the house and tell your family members,tell them you are alkalising because of this and that,tell them no more pizza because It does this and that,tell them you are buying fruits and vegetables because of this and that ,don't just buy and drop in the kitchen,it's Your responsibility to explain to Your family,i have learnt lots of things from my own mother that I keep teaching you here,we grew up making our own yoghurt,wine,zesta,fruit jams,my mum always made my juices that I took to boarding school,she made me the tastiest fruit jams and jellies,you can do this too,ask Me and i Will teach you ask me and i Will talk to Mummy to teach you if she has time,you organise yourselves like ten people,get a venue and ask her,she will help you out*
*Ladies stop feeding your husbands on poison disguising as food,your food is blocking their nerves, giving them stomach upsets,their colons are full of toxins,and on top of this you are stressing them with this and that,your parents want lobola aka bride Price,you want them to give you the best sex , in other words you want your man to go pay your parents so you can poison him better,like seriously*?🤔🤔 *Poor man has no idea he is staying with a serial killer,four years down the road,he will have heart problems,gastritis,low libido,etc,then complaints from the lady will begin,she has no idea she is behind all this*
