VAGINAL STEAMING
Vaginal steaming brings heat to the womb. For women suffering from Endometriosis, PMS, painful cramps, Absence of menses, Prolonged menses (longer than normal), longer cycles. Vaginal steaming for you.
It also helps in internal cleansing of the membranes and vaginal tissue and the uterus.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
~Water
~A strong bucket
~A thick blanket or cotton bedsheet
~A chair with a slit (optional)

BASIL May be used to reduce painful menses.
HOW TO USE
Simmer the herbs in a covered pot for about 10 mins.
Leave it to cool until the steam is not scalding to prevent your lady parts from burning.
Undress from the waist down. Sit on the chair or on the bucket and covered yourself and the bucket to prevent moisture from escaping.
Afterwards, lie in bed for 30mins-1hr under warm covers.
NOTE DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS. This is becausethese oild may burn the vaginal tissue as it the the most absorbent in a woman's body. These oils are far too concentrated in liquid form and thus not suitable for this purpose.
